Lyle Machinery is Hiring a Sales Coordinator Near Mobile, AL

Description

For over 60 years, Lyle Machinery Co. has fostered a supportive and balanced culture to accomplish our shared values. Headquartered in Richland, MS, with additional locations across MS, AL, LA, FL and TX, LMC performs service and repairs, both on-site and in the field, in addition to the sales, leases and rentals of heavy equipment. 

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a high energy, self-motivated employee who works well with others and/or independently in a safe manner. The employee will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers by creating and providing documentation, reports, and invoices.

We currently have an opening for a Sales Coordinator in our Mobile, AL location. 

Primary Duties: 

· Submit customer applications for finance approval

· Create documents for customer signature 

· Develop invoices using information from sales quotes 

· Submit signed documents to finance company along with invoices

· Pull delivery reports for customer signature

· Upload signed delivery reports to manufacturer portal

· Purchase extended warranties on manufacturer portal when applicable

· Save completed packets to shared drive and file hard copies

· Update sales reports as needed throughout the day

· Communicate with sales, service and parts departments frequently throughout the day

· Submit manufacturer rebates and become familiar with current rebates

· Create monthly inventory count sheets in excel and distribute to (7) branches

· Research missing inventory (if applicable) after count sheets are returned

· Dispatch trucking for location transfers - Includes creating a PO for freight company & close out PO when invoice arrives

Secondary Duties: 

· Cross train on how to place equipment orders in the event of an absence

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED

• Proven experience in sales, such as experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus

• A team player with high level of dedication

• Good computer skills (MS Office – Excel)

• Proficiency in English specifically verbal and written skills

• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

Physical: 

· Ability to see in full range color

· Ability to kneel, climb, bend, twist, lift and squat to service equipment 

· Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs

· Must be able to work in any weather environment

· Must be able to safely operate in, around, under and on top of equipment
